    Good doctors but arrogant, unpleasant, unfriendly personnel. At what prices they practice not even the conditions are as good as you would hope them to be. You would atleast hope that they are able to mimick some sort of polite and helpful attitude to clients. Cause thats what we are-clients not patients. Too bad romanians are so used to being treated poorly they dont know there are better options and better people out there. Thumbs down-big dissapointment.

    Nice people, the covid triage and forms are easy to complete. Staff is prompt and the MRI results are ready to pick up on CD after 15 minutes.

    I would like to express my deepest thankfullness to dr. Gabriel Mitroi and his team who saved my 21 year daughter Eliza from this horrible illness called endometriosis with laparascopic surgery in August this year. Very professional, precise, hard working, dedicated and warmhearted. It was worth driving all that long way from Slovenia to Provita where we finally got a proper treatment by higly recognised specialists. Special thanks to a very special dr. Mitroi.

    Unfortunately results of MRI is taking too long. We applied MRI on 16th December. They told us it may take 3-5 working days. And today is 24th December we still didn't get results. I am worried about my wife's health and they are joggling like nobody is in hurry. I am constantly calling them for 2 days, they gave me the phone number of doctor and I called him yesterday, he told me it will be ready today in the morning but it is 12.14 no calls nothing. If they kept their word and did the results a little bit earlier then we could have booked for neurology doctor before the vacation. And now We cannot book until 4th of January. So my wife had to suffer till 4th January. I then called the neurolog doctor and explained the situation he suggested me to continue with pain killers. I would have appreciated if they hurry. Here we are worried of what problem my wife has.

    Friend of mine had his mother operated on here, operation went fine, he went later after the operation to change a prescription, and even though they had all the data on file the people working there pressured him to spend more money to get the data they already had on file.After long arguments they finally checked that they had the data, by that time my friend had enough and left to find a more professional clinic. It's all about the money, the people who did the operation were professional the other staff is just out to get as much money out of patients as possible. Hope this helps future patients.
