    Booked a holiday to Creta, Chania airport, explicitly mentioned in the contract as well. The surprise came with few days before leaving, the plane tickets were for Heraklyon, 3 additional hours distance with the bus. They didn't offer any reason for this change, they didn't answer to any question about this, they really didn't care at all. Yes, this could summarise the experience with them, lack of care and interest after the contract is signed.

    Very unprofessional! Very rude and late to give any response! Booked a reservation to Bulgaria, and got COVID POSITIVE, so under no conditions I could have passed the borders. The agency did not want to give back my money! I called the hotel manager telling this issue and he accepted to give back our money without any fees and said to forward his message to the agency to force them to face the reality and retrieve the money Very very disapointing...

    Disappointment with the attitude towards the cli. We made a reservation based on a voucher during the pandemic and a week before departure we are notified by email that our reservation is canceled at the hotel Zante Palas on the grounds that it is closed and that we are offered another hotel which is an upgrade at the initial one, but checking I found that the Hotel is much further from the beach, smaller rooms, other conditions. Observing the intention, we contacted the Zante hotel, where we found out that it is open and functional and that I know nothing about this situation. We are in the period of settling and recovering damages.

    some lying thieves sell places for business and say that they don't actually have a business, they say it's a direct flight and a week before they let us know that they put a 2-hour refueling stop on us, which prolongs the flight by 2 hours, takeoff, takeoff and detour, the organization is a joke, they call you at the airport 100 hours before and no one is there. Stay away!
