    The staff and the annoying queues you need to stay agree with previous reviews. About BT (in general): I have an open account with this bank since 2008. Because of high commissions and exaggerated bureaucracy I have not used my account in recent years, which is why I decided to close it. Pt I had money on my account (lei + euro) I raised some of the money from the ATM. The rest of the lei that I could not get out of the ATM had to raise it from the counter for a fee of 5 lei. In order to raise the euro, I paid a 3 euro fee, and because there was still 4 euro left, and the lady at the counter did not have a chance to give it to me, she proposed to change them in lei and raise them , also from the counter for a fee of 5 lei :))) gorgeous! All "business" lasted about 40 minutes, except for the state at the tail, and the account could not be closed for operations and could not be closed the same day. I stood up the next day, another 30 mins in the queue, when the lady from the sewer and the smile on my lips explained to me that I still have to pay a 5 lei fee for the mobile bt application or internet banking for the next month (when I already have my account closed) 🙄🙄🙄 As I did not have any more leu on my account, I deposited 5 lei on the counter, guess what, another account operation, which did not allow the account to be closed on the next day. Good luck I'm on vacation and can walk around the bank daily. Like I said, a lot of bureaucracy ...

    Poor less prepared staff. Trouble, uneducated, is barely moving. No afternoon afternoon at half of the counters was not personal. Still, besides a xerox in the snail's rhythm, they did not seem impressed at all that the agency was hanging by people who did not dream of staying for an hour for a trivial problem. The tremendous queue in the agency date because there was only one device running. Disappointed
