I have to honestly say that I was very disappointed with my visit to this hair salon. As a new customer you have to pay € 75, but that didn't deter me. When I was there, I was told that I care for my hair the wrong way and that the 'right' care is only possible with products from the hairdressing salon. In total, I was there for almost 5 hours and I left the store with almost € 300 less. In the end, my hair was not as I expected the result + my skin on my face was colored as well. When I asked the owner if I would get my € 75 deposit back, they tried to negotiate with me whether I would like to have the 'great' care products instead.
Immer wieder ein toller Haarschnitt,sehr gute Beratung.Auch die Wahl der Haarfarbe überlasse ich gerne Frau Sartory.Sie ist die Fachfrau und weiß was am besten aussieht.
I have been going to Mrs. Sartory for some time. The price is tough, of course, but the cut is really nice for a long time. The salon is very tastefully designed and usually you can always get delicious coffee, tea, water and sometimes fruit and berries. Overall, the team is very nice and accommodating.
Anyone who has been here always comes back! I've been a customer here for years and can't imagine going anywhere else! Of course it is cheaper, but not better :-)) ...
Today I just want to say thank you. Have been a customer for many years and always look forward to the next appointment. I feel very well looked after and I am completely satisfied with the consistently professional performance. This is how a hairdresser should be! Price-performance ratio is right.
