It was a horrible experience i don t recommend any person to go to this clinic don’t waste your money plz. The staff have the worst attitude ever they are always angry they don’t reply to any question their only target is to make more profit from you they worship money. They promise you to have a comfy room which contains all what you need however the moment you pay them they give another room that lacks the simplest thing ( towels, soap…) i really felt regretful to choose this clinic so plz don’t make the same mistake i did. PS: i m tunisian they treated me so bad let alone a foreign person .
I am a foreigner and only speak very little arabic. I had x-rays and surgery done in this clinic and was extremely happy with the service received and the operation results. The staff was very professional, courteous and made extra efforts to speak my language and ensure I understood what was going on. The rooms, beds, hallways, bathrooms and absolutely everything else were always spotless. The anesthesist was nice and soft-spoken and made me feel at ease, as I was a little nervous before surgery, especially when they brought me to the operating room. The surgery was a success and the nurses afterwards were very gentle, which was really appreciated as I was in pain and mentally confused from the anesthesia. I also really don't like needles but for once I barely felt anything, which was a relief. Thank you to all the staff (receptionists, lab techs, nurses, doctors, everyone in the "bloc opératoire" and anyone else), I really appreciate your professionalism and dedication, especially in these pandemic times when getting surgery is even more stressful and worrisome. The price was slightly higher than I have paid in other clinics, however the service and overall professionalism was also much better. I find the extra money spent was well worth the higher standard. I definitely recommend this clinic and I will be returning, without hesitation, for my future medical needs.
It was truly a horrifying and expensive experience being in this place. They’re not in the business of improving health. They’re main focus improving profits and gaining money from patients. My uncle was diagnosed with Covid 19. They created a Covid ward at this hospital recently. They didn’t tell us a estimations of costs but insisted we pay a deposit of 20,000 TND to begin. In a point of desperation, we had no choice and agreed to pay. We kept asking for approximate estimates as to where our bill was at and not much details were being provided. 3 days before he left the ward we were told his bill was at 30,156 TND. On his discharge our bill came to 45,287 TND for 14 days of supposed treatment. During which they misdiagnosed the severity the virus had had on my uncle. The doctors assured us that he was improving, but this was not case. During my uncles stay, we were provided with extremely limited amount of information as to how he was doing, we were not allowed to speak to him on the phone nor were we allowed to get an in-depth report from the doctors we were paying top prices for. It was run in a immoral and questionable manor. No one in our family can know what my uncle really had to go through in this clinic as we’re constantly being shoved away from getting any information. My uncle didn’t fully recover from this disease, and we asked the doctors at the Clinic if they were sure he was ok to be discharged. The doctors took our payment and said yes he’s ok to leave and recover at home now. We checked again and the doctors re-confirmed that it was ok for him to leave. We organised for special transport to take him back home. When we received him, my uncle was unfortunately in a terrible state, and was definitely not fit to go home. He was extremely tired, could not move his legs and arms, and could barely speak. We asked the clinic again if they were absolutely sure he was ok to leave, the clinician said he was ok to leave and that he was under a sedative to sleep well for his departure. We reluctantly took him back home with the hope he would recover on his own at home as the clinic had advised. 4 days went by at home. My uncle was still very frail, could barely speak or move and all our family were truly worried for his health. There was no real sign of improvement. Last night he had a rough experience where his oxygen levels we far below a healthy amount and we have had to rush him to another hospital in the capital Tunis. It is here that we received confirmation that his state was not one in which he could safely leave a medical facility unless he was to be on a ventilator. We also found that the arteries in his legs had clogged up hence why he wasn’t able to walk on his discharge. Both these important factors were completely missed by this clinic. He should never have been released from the Rose Clinic. We checked numerous times with the people we had paid top prices for if he was going to be ok, and they said yes, he was safe to go home. He wasn’t. We are praying that he survives this ordeal. For anyone looking to improve their health. We need to advise you to stay away from this place. There is no logic and further that, it seems they take advantage of paying patients in vulnerable positions. They extract what they can out of their patients, leave the family with very limited information and will have no delay in demanding additional funds when they see fit. It was a disgrace and was not fair. It’s a center of murderers. Keep away. I am instructing my lawyers to begin an investigation toward this practice and will be suing on the basis on negligence and further claims where reasonably appropriate. If there is anyone else that has had a negative experience with this clinic, please do hesitate to get in touch with me via Email: [email protected] Further this, I will instruct my lawyers to enforce notice to the local authorities to investigate the Rose Clinic and support prosecutions if necessary. More than happy for the directors of this firm to go to prison.
