    It actually annoys me that I should give a rating everywhere. But here I have to write something. We had a fire. A really big one. It was the first time that I really needed insurance. I called Winskowski and Niggestich while the flames were still beating out of the roof. Mr. Winskowski was on site 15 minutes later. With the help of the contacts of the Provincial, he got me specialists who started work on the same day. (Demand from the Environment Agency) For the necessary immediate measures, the immediately commissioned companies received the first commitments to assume the costs while the extinguishing work was still going on. When such damage occurs, someone comes from the headquarters in Münster and asks a lot of questions. Mr. Winskowski gave me great support during these appointments. It paid off that I gave truthful information when I signed the contract and that I took out the insurance as recommended by Mr. Winskowski. He always had a positive answer to my questions about the contract. I was not shown anything “small print”. I was quickly accepted to cover all costs. Because the building is very old, it also had to be clarified what exactly fire damage or consequential fire damage is and what was probably not entirely in order beforehand. This was also handled fairly and with a sense of proportion by the Provincial. Without “bean counting”. Conclusion: The Provinzial did exactly what I paid her to do. It saved me from financial harm. Still, I don't want a fire in the future. Just to have everything back to the way it was before, you have a lot of running around and trouble. But luckily not with insurance.
