I cannot understand the ratings above and the ratings on the homepage at all. I do not recommend this company. I am the owner of an apartment in an apartment building where this company was responsible for heating and sanitary installation. When my husband and I came to the company for a consultation, everything seemed to be fine. The advice was ok, but the choice of equipment was a bit poor. But everything was cunningly thought out, the shower fitting was only square, there was an extra charge for the round shape, and the other way around for the bathtub. Since we wanted to be more economical, we now have a round shape in the shower and a square one above the bathtub. Just like the insert for the bathroom cabinet, which should actually always be standard, was credited for 100 euros more. (although it was logically included in the delivery and is therefore included without having to pay the extra charge) Mr. Walter, our consultant, made wide eyes when I didn't want it. In any case, he made a note of the size, shape, etc. Unfortunately, we did not get a log of it, so a tip to everyone, always write everything down or have a copy made for you, from all craftsmen. When our faucets came and our bathroom equipment was about to be delivered, we discovered that the wrong bathtub was installed in our bathroom. Then the stress started, the consultant naturally refused to confirm that this bathtub was wrong, luckily I wrote down in a brochure which bathtub it should be and we reminded him that we had talked about it. Of course, a surcharge was made again, since it was after all a "special model", although it was not mentioned at the beginning. Exactly the same was with the cupboard for the guest toilet. One was delivered that stuck out so you could bump into it when you walk in, terrible. After a huge scandal with the boss, I asked him to tear down the wallpaper, because: Weeks earlier workers had been there to check the connections and I asked a worker to write directly on the wall in which direction the tap should point, which proved so that we have ordered a small fitting that should be mounted on the side and not the standard that was delivered. Thereupon he quieted down and we got our ordered faucet again with a surcharge. The order confirmations that came were without pictures, only notes that are incomprehensible to us as Leie. Faucet toilet, bathtub by and the company, done. Pure rip-off. Now about the heating. It started with the fact that it fails so often that it is annoying. It even happened that our house was without hot water and heating even in winter. The secretaries there is a separate story, each cheekier than the other. Calls are ignored, appointments are not met and there is no question of canceling in good time. The pellet supplier gave me a tip that this is why the heating fails so often, it could be because the connection pipes were installed at the wrong angle, the pellets shoot against it and cause dust. No matter what speed he would fill it in, the acquaintances disturb and that's it. For four years we have been trying to change something and get this company to install the pipes correctly, but to no avail. There is only quarrel. The building contractor and the property manager don't care much about it. In addition, we have an owner in the house who thinks he is very smart (that shows how you know that he doesn't know anything🤭), he moved all owners to take out the expensive insurance because the new devices break in the early years, according to his logic after. Anyway, despite the insurance, we pay for the repairs every time and the rest of the owners don't seem to care. The very young Reinwald is very nice and courteous, but at that time he didn't have much to say and was there as a worker, I very much hope that he will soon take over the company and that some things will change.
