    Das aller letzte!!! Ein Stern ist zu viel!!! Kleid im Juli bestellt, mit angegebenen Liefertermin Mitte September. Erst auf Nachfrage (Ende September) von uns wird dann mitgeteilt, daß es evtl. Mitte Oktober kommt. Durch mehrere Telefonate, in immer mehr unterschiedliche Lügen verstrickt. Der "beste" Spruch war: ich habe nicht jedes Kleid im Kopf. Auf Wünsche meiner Partnerin wurde/wird nicht eingegangen. Und nun weigert sich die Frau die geleistete Anzahlung zurückzuzahlen. Rechtliche Schritte werden geprüft und dann auch eingeleitet. Das man so etwas in Deutschland erleben muss, ist einfach nur erbärmlich. Kundenservice und Professionalität geht definitiv anders.

    There is a large and nice selection for a great price. I found my perfect dress 😍 The change costs are priced completely fine. The advice was very friendly. I highly recommend this bridal shop!
