    Ordered two bikes on Monday for Wednesday, so far so good. When we picked it up, only one bike was fully charged, the other probably on 3 of 5 bars (we got the charger with us), but one bar disappeared after a few meters on Eco !! We drove a harmless path, a suggested path was up to a hut ... when the rain started we were in what felt like no man's land and since the specified km should still extend to home, we lead home. Unfortunately, the battery ran out of power abruptly, so that this bike actually only managed 35 km. I pushed the rider of the bike with a normal bike, no easy task! We picked up the bike plus driver with the trailer (if we hadn't had this, it would have been very cumbersome for an older user) and charged the battery ... it took an hour before the first bar stopped blinking and instead the second began ... It's a shame, because when I borrow a bike, I hope for a longer mileage and not a longer stay in the cafe. The other bike was okay, apart from the squeaking - but only good ears could hear it ... What I really would have liked to give back would be the word sorry ... we were just in the NL before and service is written bigger, because this adventure wasn't cheap either .....

    A great team, very familiar and friendly. You are always well advised in favor of the buyer, the price-performance ratio is top. The service there is impeccable, I've already bought a bike there, and hopefully the next one will follow soon.
