    Unfortunately it was not considered NECESSARY to reply to my email. Although I do not really like to report publicly about the experience, I would like to do it, because I gave this hairdressing salon the opportunity to respond to my complaint, but they obviously have no interest in it. I got a 50s head haircut from a master hairdresser for a proud Euro 50.00 + tip. An appointment was made and normally you should stick to this no half an hour later I was taken as a customer. No credit card payment possible where this is currently possible everywhere. No, some things are simply not right here. And not even the courage to reply to a complaint email - that says it all. The one star is already too many.
