Our host Sven went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. We stayed in the yurt for the night and would like to come back and stay in the hot tub igloo suite next time.it is in a valley with fantastic mountain views and a fantastic hospitable restaurant next door as well as a cable car Lyft from the bottom of the small mountain.
Sehr tolles Erlebnis. Sven ist wirklich super nett und beantwortet alle Fragen stets kompetent zeitnah. Ich würde es immer wieder machen. Die bubble ist sehr süß eingerichtet.
We spent one night in the tree tent and were very satisfied. The coordination with the organizer went smoothly, everything was set up and everything to be observed was well explained. On the mountain we had the feeling that we were almost the only ones (which of course could also be due to the fact that we were there out of season). All in all very recommendable :)
We booked an overnight stay in the bubble suite. But since I got pregnant in the meantime and hiking is very pregnant (I couldn't use the whirlpool either), I wanted to cancel the overnight stay. Sven always answered me very quickly and in a friendly manner and even if they didn't have to refund me the whole amount, they gave me a voucher for the whole amount. I am already looking forward to redeeming this voucher. :)
We spent a wonderful night in the panorama yurt. The starry sky was breathtaking! Sven & his team responded immediately and very friendly to a tiny complaint (a deck chair was defective). When we spontaneously decided to take the Trotinett, despite having already bought a return ticket for the mountain railway, we were helped immediately and exchanging the tickets was no problem thanks to the team from the adventure camp and the friendly mountain railway employee.
