You have paid your rental amounts to us in Swiss francs, not in euros. 2. We note on the rental agreement and our forms that we are happy to accept appointments after prior telephone appointment. 3. The rental contract and our forms also state that we have rest days on Sunday and Monday. 4. One of the customer service we offer is that we have no notice period and that the instruments can be returned at any time - during our opening hours.     Children violin rented for 3 years, paid almost 800 euros, but no customer service. Return 2 weeks before announced by mail, no answer. On the announced day come - closed ==> day off. Annoying. Why could not he answer by mail and give the indication that is closed on Mon. But on the return came the very evil SURPRISE: 63 francs for the new line + 108 francs for attaching the small white plastic cover on top of the arch. A real usurer! Did not want to grant Franconia discount despite a long rental period. Would not advise anyone to enter into a lease with Kuno Schaub if you are not a fan of evil surprises and overbilled bills ...
