The store is a pure disappointment. I was served by an older German lady who was very cheeky and not at all competent advised and did not respond to the requests. As a Solothurn native, I will be going to the Bayard in Bern from now on. In addition, it is very confusing and you generally do not feel well! The shop is dirty and not well maintained at all.
The shop is confusing, stylish and lacking in inspiration. The clothes are awful, old-fashioned for this price category the presentation is an absolute disaster. You are not noticed as a customer, not even greeted. A shame for such a great location and for the building in the middle of the city.

The clothes are very nice. But went with my daughter (baby) and it was blasphemed behind my back. Should I not afford new clothes after pregnancy? Should I leave my daughter at home? Really arrogant saleswomen. Krass!
