    Anna has the type of enthusiasm that is contagious. I have participated in her group classes for more than a year now, and also completed a private session at her studio. She is passionate, caring and knows how to care for your body. I am so much stronger, mentally and physically, since doing Pilates with Anna.

    Anna is very knowledgeable and can relate to us busy mums. She keeps the atmosphere very positive. Anna is attentive to you without making you feel uncomfortable yet encourages you to challenge yourself. Highly recommended.

    I can only recommend Anna, she is such a great teacher! She brings a very positive atmosphere to the room and always makes sure that you are feeling comfortable and keep a correct posture not to hurt yourself: this is a very important point for me. I can definitely feel the positive impact of the classes on my body and mind :)

    Anna always is super prepared. Every week she focuses on a different aspect, which makes her lessons very diversified. I really appreciate that. Nevertheless, there is always a link, everything she trains with us is connected. She uses to explain to us why she has planned which exercise, how it should feel like and the effect on our body. This increases my motivation to perform the exercises as precisely as possible. Anna is cordial, humorous, mindful and respectful. She observes and controlles the quality of our movements and posture very closely and helps us directly to improve it if necessary. I find, that's great. Anna often gives us variations for an exercise, so I can decide for myself how accelerated I want to do the exercise. So every week I’m looking forward to the class on Monday.

    I have been attending these classes since 2016 and I can definitely recommend. Anna has a lot of attention for each individual, supporting each person where they may have some physical constraints. She prepares each class very thoroughly by changing the exercises and the training tools so they are never repetitive. Studio classes are great also. Pilates is a great support for physical and mental well-being.
