After looking at the different options in Zurich I chose this paragliding school, and it is amazing! They offer evolutive packages to start which are really competitive. Teachers are passionate and keep the learning sessions in small groups. I would definitely make the same choice again! Thanks Magiclift
We did the tasterday and had so much fun that we decided to continue! After a few trials we already got airborn and did a lot more flying than we expected. The teacher is a really nice and knowledgable guy and gave us very helpful instructions. We had a perfect first day :-)
If you are looking for a small, individual flight school with values such as versatility, different flight areas, personal responsibility and in-depth specialist knowledge combined with opportunities that go into your personal flight skills, then Magiclift is the right place for you. Tise is a competent and pragmatic flight instructor with a unique sense of humor!
From practice slope to certification, equipment also bought via Magiclift: very satisfied! personal, competent and so relaxed that nobody can be afraid of flying anymore. Open and responsive, but strictly demands the pilot's independence, so that after the training you are actually no longer a student. Also recommended for guest flights: no large student groups, but many flight areas. Don't forget petrol, a Half-Fare travelcard / GA is worth it as a pilot anyway. Only: sometimes something very cozy operation. (You determine the pace on the slope and folding place yourself ...) - use the time to exchange ideas with pilots
For geographic reasons I switched to the MagicLift flight school with around 20 flights. It is more of a smaller school, which is very responsive to the individual and also promotes independence when flying. I not only learned the theoretical knowledge and the flying practice, but also the collegial behavior among pilots is really exemplified. For those who are looking for a small but fine school that flies in many flight areas in Graubünden, Glarus, Zurich and Zug, I can highly recommend this one.
