    Pharmaceuticals here are incredibly inexpensive and the choice acceptable, although the service - most obviously the lack of English ability - will complicate things as you stare and point, look around then point some more. I took along a carton of the medicines I was looking for, and despite pointing to the specific medical name, was told to try the central market instead. But I’m determined and resorted to my smart phone’s translation app, to vocalise something in Khmer which the sales assistant could comprehend. She did and I went away happy, having said my “Orkun”.
