    This place is beautiful. Nicely decorated and spacious rooms, beautiful pool, nice open patio area, quiet location. Just up the road from "downtown" Kep.

    Nice environment with potential. The place however is dirty, poorly managed, no hot water, TV does not work and don't trust them with food. Despite telling them, they served fried rice with pork, then they took it back, removed the pork and served it again with bits of pork still in it instead of making a new dish. Poor place for non meat eaters and vegans.

    We had nice days in a perfect bungalow in this resort. The complex with pool and pool bar is clean and well maintained.

    Great service, great facilities and good prices. Feels secluded and is quiet, but still close to the main parts of Kep, easy to get around by tuk tuk. The pool is amazing and the rooms and showers are great. Rooms are clean and mattresses are very comfortable, we slept really well.
