    It’s an old establishment that are often mistaken with the house in pink standing nextdoor. I was confirmed by the security guard that the yellow building is the official banque nationale. Good for a quick stop if you’re already heading that direction, otherwise, since you aren’t allowed inside, heading there deliberately will just be pointless.
