I stayed at the hotel during the Pchumburn period. When I checked in, there was only one staff on duty and he wasn't friendly at all. In fact, he was the most unfriendly hotel employee I've ever met in Cambodia. On the first evening, outside the hotel, people were singing too loudly, and the remote control on my room air conditioner was not visible. I complained, but he didn't help at all. If he had been a little kind at the time, I wouldn't have been so angry. But he wasn't kind at all. I was angry and asked for the contact information of the hotel president or manager, but he only said he didn't know. I asked for the boss's phone number, email, and manager's phone number several times, but he replied that he had no idea. I didn't understand at all, but there was no other way. Again, my experience at this hotel that day was the worst.
