    To the " others " why I liked this place is simple ,it has a better view of any bar /cafe than Phnom Penh has to offer. It also has genuine ambience.

    Hi! I am staying here. This place was told by villagers as the old/former Sea Forest view point. Clear view, and fogs flow across the place often. Easy access road. Currently, only occasionally open (especially at National holidays), it's still under construction.
