First time tried this company, and below may just some views that I experienced. Behind the schedule The late of passenger and road conditions (small high way and a lot of BIGGGG TRUCK.) The seats Better reconsider for BIG PEOPLE (like European), the seats in the van (I not sure for the bus) seems to be made for Asian..... you'll find it kind of crump. Don't expect for luggage space They can put some below the back seat, but not behind the seats. The rest are some space above your seat and the last is to keep it beside you. The customer service Well, they did helpful. (They may try to call you if you are not here or late)
The driver is extremely rude and people miss their boat. please don't use this company
Good Service and new minivans. It was the newest car of transportation during our whole trip through cambodia

Horrible customer service via phone and at the office. Rude and not polite! They say it takes 4 hours to get from Phnom Penh from Sihanoukville direct. NOT TRUE! The driver stopped many times on the road to pick up people or for whatever reason he knows. The bus left late and took forever to arrive to the destination.
