    This place is shut down.the new guest house is about 500metres west of here on the main road. There's a sign pointing down a dirty alley way telling you to go south 45metres. New place with Wi-Fi.good security. But you might need to go across the road to get someone to serve you.$12 got me Instant cold air conditioning! Wi-Fi and good bed linen.as usual there's no toilet paper but this room is nice. And the price is good.the staff were too hard to find,no bin(i think it because of the ants), no fridge, no chair and the sink is broken.they had no toilet paper when I asked. I was very lucky that I had a small amount with me. It's average budget accomodation but I think with better management it will be a very nice place to stay for a night. It's got potential but they need to list it on Google Maps!
