    Negatives - many mistakes by the staff (wrong booking, missing toiletries and other items, broken promises / wrong information given etc etc) Also terrible food in the restaurant. Room not very clean and pool is filthy. Positives - beautiful gardens to walk around, staff are friendly and receptionist has good English. TV has Netflix option.

    Fantastic stay. Really helpful staff led by a very friendly manager. The food was delicious and the pool is big enough for a proper swim.
