    Great experience with Watertown Animal Hospital. We were recommended by an emergency vet and we couldn’t be happier. Our kitten is now healthy and thriving. The veterinarian was so kind and encouraging. I highly recommend.

    My boyfriend and I have three cats and a dog that go here. The staff is wonderful and patient with all the animals. Never run into a problem contacting them, getting meds or getting an appointment

    This is not the same since Dr. Price left and I will NEVER return. My 9 month yorkie was a patient at Wolcott Veterinary snd I was TOTALLY happy, but I .moved to Middlebury and this would be a bit closer.on TuesdayI called because Luke had been having diarrhea and they said to bring him at 2:30.he doesn't ride well and was panting and anxious. I called to let them know I was there and saidI had a specimen and would they trim his nails and was told yes.when the girl came to get him he was a wreck, i reiterated I wanted his nails trimmed .when the doctor called she said she didn't find anything serious but was putting him on antibiotics and probiotics . She then told me he needed obedience school! A 9 month s ared yorkie!! I again called to make sure they trimmed his nails and was told it was inThe orders After arriving home and lettiing calm down from the car ride and experience I looked and his bails HAD NOT been trimmed! I called the next day and the girl was sorry and they would do it when I brought him back. NEVER WILL i return! I called Wolcott Veterinary and asked to have his his records transferred back. When I told her what that doctor said she was shocked she said they never had a problem abd the difference is hiw they would take him abd cuddle him. I will gladly drive farther to ensure his best interests. M Grosso
