    Sadly its better in pictures. Elevator needs to be renovated, very bad odor in it and in bedrooms, carpets need to be removed; kitchen staff need to be retrained about even how to make an over easy egg. New hires have no experience and then they act like its the customer thats complicated. On the other hand some good employees like Leroy, he multitask from being a life guard to a bartender or anything you may need, he goes extra and beyond to fulfill your need, always also welcoming Rashaed at Lobby and pool bar, excellent customer service; Debbie, Angelica, Elucie, Ene, good people with interest in giving their very best!! Really wish for this place to be taken care of by the government and not just let it go to waste. Us the tourists should not have a bad experience after us making the effort and sacrificing to make it there to find out everything is different as pictures! Getting to Grand Bahamas isnt that easy like Nassau that takes flights from different places. So respect your guests and offer only the best always!

    It was a long time ago when I was there snd only one day. but I can remember also now the white sands and the azure blue ocean. It was heaven on earth! The food was good, the beach and garden wonderful! I will go back once❤️

    This place is amazing! The beaches are beautiful. The all inclusive stay has great restaurants with great food! I loved it there! My stay was the most enjoyable and I felt like a princess. The infinity pool is amazing. Breakfast, lunch, dinner Nd snacks were all included. All you have to do is sign your name! The staff is amazingly kind and friendly. You will have the time of your life here!

    A wonderful vacation. All inclusive package with our cruise. The staff was amazing. Rooms were great. Dining was fabulous. Pool and beach for relaxation. We will certainly be back
