Coral Road location. As I was trying to check my order a manager came to the window and said you can't hold up the window and for me pull aside. While trying to rush and check my bag I noticed the coleslaw for the famous bowl was missing. So I pulled off and went home. There I noticed the other coleslaw for the 2 piece spicy was missing. At this location you can never get what you order. I think this is because of lack of proper training.
Our spicy chicken is the best period 🤣

Today was an abnormal day. I entered the eatery after a young man who ordered before me. I stood in queue over ten minutes and no one acknowledged me. I then went to the restroom and returned to be ignored again for the longest. I made a comment after the cashier came to attend to me, that I just died from starvation. She laughed. The cashier begged excuse to attend to the window. I stood and waited again. Upon her returns, I informed her that the ambulance drove me away and she would be responsible for the hospital bills. She apologized, but it was totally ridiculous.
