    It was an incredibly bad experience. I checked in online and for some reason, my name didn’t show up on the screen when I arrived at the salon. I immediately checked in again. For the next half an hour, there were two hairdressers and one customer who came in 10 minutes after me. I didn’t mind that customer go ahead of me as she had checked in online before me. However, for that half an hour, they didn’t see fit to check me in at any time during that half and hour, even though no other customer came in. Half an hour later, three more customers came in (who had booked online earlier) and I couldn’t wait any longer and left. Seems the hairdressers had no interest in serving anyone. Unbelievable!

    I've been going to this Great Clips for 15 years. Their staff is great and very friendly. If I want to chat, they're always game but if I'm in a quiet mood they respect that. And there has been only one time I complained about my haircut...which they refunded.

    Called them at 9 AM to find out how much haircuts cost. Someone named Jacqueline hung up on me three times in a row. After reading the reviews it doesn’t surprise me because her name is mentioned over and over again.
