Bought a set of sofa in september 2020. Promised to deliver in the afternoon. Called twice. First at 6pm, lady said waiting for truck. Call at 7pm, sofa currently being loaded in the truck. Waited till 8.30pm, no truck arrive. Now i'm writing this at 8.30pm, STILL NO TRUCK!!! I did said, you can deliver tomorrow but the lady rudely said they will deliver tonight 3rd oct 2020. Well, i guess i'll just stay at home till midnight then just to wait for you people!! I thought they would improve after what happen to us in 2012. Also bought from court furniture kb. The promise to delivery our house furniture on monday. Nothing. Called on tuesday, promise to deliver later. Still nothing. Finally arrive on wednesday will no info ahead!! We were moving so we were not home at the time. So they left our furniture outside in the rain!!!! For sure, i will NOT buy from this shop ever again. Customer service is getting worst and worst by the years!!
