    Alex was very quick to return my message when I had a plumbing emergency that my Super had made worse. He was able to diagnose and fix immediately what had been an ongoing, escalating issue over the past year, and his rates are very fair for urgent house calls. I'm very grateful for his guidance and expertise!

    I have to say that our new go-to plumber Levon has been great for the following reasons: I can call him for same day service and he shows up. Not only does he show up ready to work but on time, sometimes even earlier than his ETA. It takes him less than half the time to fix leaks than other plumbers that we used in the past for many years, who only put a band-aid solution on our problems so they could milk us for more money. We've used him twice, and he has not had to come back to re-fix a problem that he already fixed. Levon is professional, affordable, reliable, hardworking and cleans up after himself.

    We were fighting with a clogged sewer pipe for about 6 hours, and nothing worked. I called Levon at about 8 PM, he came in just before 9 PM, within 5 minutes he diagnosed the issue. It took about 3 hours to fix, but I'm glad I called Expert Plumbing & Rooter. No BS no blah blah blah. They knew what to do and kept doing it until the problem was no more. Very professional, highly knowledgeable, all in all, excellent service at a low price!

    Woke up to sound of water - thought it was raining - call this company and the woman I spoke to (Teresa) was great! They arrived quickly and took care of my problem. I would recommend them.

    I used Expert in the past and have moved since I last used them. I'm not in their service area anymore but because I am a past customer the lady took my appt and the tech showed up the same day. Work was done and their loyalty is appreciated.
