Booked a car from kb branch and waited nearly 3 months for the deliver. Been providing all documentations and the end result still could not deliver. Will definitely not go through kb branch no more.Terrible terrible and very very disappointed. Advice to those who want to get car. Better from bandar only. If could rate zero star will do. Thats how bad it is. False hope.
Disappointed in the service department who called me to arrange a regular service, then didn't turn up. I waited fir over an hour. When I called I was passed to more than 5 different people. My request was please train your booking staff better. They need to get this right. Nobody could tell me that this won't happen again!
Best place to buy a car in KB, Brunei. Look for Jessica Yee. She is very helpful and experience sales representative.
The only toyota showroom in Kuala Belait. I heard they do good service and well known in good quality car. And the car choices is amazing! If you want to test drive just come and ask the sales team, they will offer you friendly answer and good accompany. Success for nbt and team! Good job!
