What a great experience to go to a business that the owner works in. You can obviously tell that Rob takes great care and pride in his smog shop and with that, the clients are treated as valued customers and made to feel that their business is appreciated. The shop has just recently started selling cars and a friend of mine told me to check out the place and see what was on the lot and I am sure glad I did. I bought a car from Robert and must say it was a very pleasant surprise to find a car dealer who wants to put you in the car that is right for you and in my case, I told Rob what I was looking for and he notified me when he found a car that suited my needs and budget perfectly. The car selection varies and is not huge but every car I saw on his lot was in great condition and at a very fair price. I never thought I would break the habit of purchasing a car from the big dealer operations, but Rob served up a great deal on a great car I just could not beat anywhere else. Who would have thought that in a little town like Delhi, that I would find the best deal on a car I have ever received in over a half century on this planet! Highly recommend. 2 thumbs up!!
I told the man there had just cleared a fault before i left my house, it was mass airflow falt i replaced it. After it didn't pass, because the computer on my Hummer hadn't been driven long enough, he knew that before he tested it, he said at least 80 miles and i had to pay him no discount on retest. Greedy.well i did get it smoged at a different place i told them same thing they checked and said it was ready to smog. Same equipment other companies treat the customer right. And it did pass. IF WE TREATED EVERYONE THE SAME,I WON'T GO BACK.
