Carson Pass RV handled the consignment sale of our Class A RV. The staff are professional & considerate. We negotiated a fair contract and it was fulfilled to the letter. I would consider buying and selling there again, before all others in the market region.
I have to say that I had a great experience with the staff at Carson Pass RV. I had recently moved myself and my kids to California from Maryland and was at a total loss. I went to Carson Pass with honestly no idea what I wanted or needed and the owner Tom was absolutely great and worked with me. I also got to interact with their service department extensively and couldn’t have chose a better place to purchase a RV from. They were very professional and completely understanding. I did my walk-thru with Rey of the service department and he made sure to explain everything in a way that I could understand and showed me how everything worked. I really appreciate that they expressed that if I had any more questions or concerns that they were available and to call if I ever encountered a problem or had any more questions that I couldn’t think of the day I was there. I would highly recommend Carson Pass RV to anyone looking to purchase a RV.
I needed to sell my 5th wheel trailer, after checking around and talking to multiple lots I decided to put it on consignment with Carson Pass RV. The entire experience was very positive. I worked with Thomas who handled the transaction from start to finish. We came up with an agreed to price they also picked up my trailer and delivered it to the lot. It was sold in the amount of time predicted and I received the agreed to amount and all of the paperwork was handled promptly. Thomas and Armando are both very professional and great to work with. Whether buying or selling I would highly recommenced Carson Pass RV.

Staff is not helpful. I was told to look around and if I had any questions they would help me. When I needed help no one was around and one employee just walked away from me. Maybe I just went on a bad day.
