    The worst parking garage experience in my entire life. The attendant was holding us hostage because his machine broke and was only letting us through if we paid cash. We don’t carry cash and went into the garage initially with the understanding that it was credit card only. One hour later, we were still waiting in the garage. It was until the manager showed up that they let us through.

    Went to this bank to cash my check, this Indian teller was so rude. would not say anything when helping me, walked away (I guess to get an approval) came back, then gave me my money.. (this is when it got good) all of a sudden he could speak. Just to tell me I can go shopping!!! and Shopping.. then it dawn on me he was selling me a credit card (I am sure they have good ones) He kept on telling me to apply, and apply without telling me about them.. such a horrible sales person, sounded like a used car sales man selling me a broken down car. next time I go to cash my check I'll either go to another window or another branch... Avoid this guy when you come here

    Worst service at this branch... I show up at 5 on the dot, after I walked a mile to get to the bank before the close and the midget working there tells me to deposit it at the ATM. And guess what check won't deposit so now I have to go back another day and hopefully make it in time. Lazy employee and poor customer service. First time in over a decade I've had bad service at a US Bank. I use them for personal and the business I own.

    VERY DISSAPOINTED !!!!!MARAT GYULNAZARYAN!!!! today discriminated against my clients he refuse to open an account or even give options as to how he can help. My client lost everything in the California Wild Firers US Bank did not want to work with my clients or even say sorry for you loss... Very Rude my onion as to what I saw was ...due to their race.
