Terrible experience!! I was very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were super small. Dingy sheets, super small beds. It looked like someone had attempted to break into the room. The door wouldn't close shut so each time we had to make sure it was closed completely. There was only one small elevator working. We were told there was a penthouse restaurant. Um, no! There was a rooftop, outside seating that had a place that sold bar food. It was too dark to even see what you were eating. It gets better. While we were waiting outside the valet/security got into an argument with a city worker over some cones that he accused the hotel of stealing. We thought a fight was going to break out. This made me very uncomfortable. Let's say I will never ever stay at this hotel again!! I would give 0 stars if I could!!
Staff is great. Too pricey during the remodel. Most expensive hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't have a bar. Had hoped to impress a client. Instead felt like a motel 8 where the employees wore suits. Have heard it is charming when you can go in through the front door.
My family is a Hilton honors member and we have NEVER had anyone treat us the way this manager did we got there and she wouldn’t let us use the restroom. Then we have a tall van and the manager west being rood when the valet told us it would not fit under the parking space she continues to have a bad attitude to my family we came from the beach and we had bit such good cloths on and we think she based us off our cloths and how we looked. As we told her what valet said she started to raise her tone on us and we said we didn’t like her attitude and we left. The manager is very rude and had no name tag but she was of the Asian culture and we would not recommend this Hilton we have never had a Hilton experience like this and we are very disappointed
Assuming she was the manager because she had no uniform nor name tag, the manager was extremely rude when I told her the valet told us our vehicle wouldn't fit in the parking garage while checking in. She kept insisting and said she "didn't care what the valet said SHE is telling us it will fit" when it obviously wouldn't as I saw the parking garage before I came in. I also asked about another Hilton hotel close by and parking she said with an attitude that she doesn't know anything about the other hotels and we would have to call them to find out ourselves. She continued to talk over me and considering I'm a Hilton's honor member I wouldn't expect this attitude from an employee, let alone the manager. Horrible experience and will not be returning.
