    The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing that I wish their technician carry at all times are distilled water for the battery. Other than that, the whole experience was very good. I would do business with them again when needed and recommend them to my friends. I gave them 5 stars...

    They were quick to come and charge me $1,200 to restore 2 batteries and offer me a 1 year warranty. But after 2 months they both failed. Now for several days I have been trying each business day to get a hold of them, they will not return my calls or texts. (No voicemail either suggesting closed, on vacation, or anything.) I have texted and called the gentleman who came to fix who said he was the owner and just in case he lost his phone. He picked up once and immediately hung up. I have also called their main number multiple times. Guess their warranty is worthless so be aware.

    I am starting my own business and really needed a forklift. So I bought one through a friend that goes to auctions. When I got this forklift for really cheap by the way the battery didn't work and I thought i could buy another one pretty cheap. Boy was I wrong the forklift batteries for these especially in Los Angeles area are soooo expensive. That brings me to Forklift Battery Restore I found them on the internet and they came out and fixed this battery in 2 days right on my location and it works like a charm again. Best part is I saved over 50% off buying another used reconditioned battery. Thanks guys you saved me.

    jerry did a great job on our battery we were told that we needed to replace our forklift battery at a cost of over $3000.00 but jerry repaired it and saved us about $2400.00 i defenitely recommend jerry's services to anybody who wants to save money and get great service
