    This company lied to us they told us they would take three days, they took over a week. They took apart our counters and sinks and disappeared for several days. We had to keep calling them several times a day with no response. They should just be honest and tell you it takes a week for the work to be completed and several phone calls a day. I Finally had to go into the store and beg for them to finish. OK so we’re supposed

    They were selected by the sellers realtor to conduct the closing on my home sale. Cindy Alvarez was professional in her communication. However, mistakes were made throughout the process that created issues in closing. Specifically closing on time. I was sent docs to sign and return. I signed them and returned them. Two days after singing and returning I was called about where the docs where. Of course they were in Cindy’s email. Next they prepared the final docs listing me as an unmarried man. When I bought the house I was unmarried so the title and mortgage only listed me. They never asked me, even through we had communication on several occasions. I signed, and then the issue had to be corrected. Even though I brought this up and was told it would not be an issue. Two days later my wife and I had to sign additional docs. That pushed my closing, that was already week late, by another day. I have bought and sold 4 homes in my life and have never felt with this lack of attention to detail. While the communication was good and pleasant, the lack of attention to detail needs work. I would not used Old Republic Title for that reason.
