Very nice place.... I believe it burnt up with paradise
They are consistently making improvements in the park: they are beautifying the landscape, they're adding new homes, and residents often meet together in the on-site rec room to play a game or two of Mexican Train (a domino game) for the fun & comradery!
I love my home in Acres of Paradise Mobile Home Park, like living in Paradise, CA, and can't afford to move. My dog Tess slipped out of the house and yard last week. Another resident found her and took her to the manager (Nina Panek, Manage and her husband Frank), thinking her owner would call them when looking for her. Firstly I've had her here 7 years and Mr. Panek has seen her numerous times. When I found out where she was I drove to their home and requested her back. Frank Panek stated "she's mine now," and started to close the door. I told him she was mine and I'd call the police; he started ranting that, if I did, he'd file a report for animal abuse. I drove home, called the police, and got Tess back; I also signed a complaint against Nina and Frank Panek. This is just one example of how this manager and her husband mistreat the residents in this park; driving several to leave their homes. The park has deteriorated since I moved in, which mean decreased value of our homes. The owners know very well what has been going on for years; but the managers stay and conditions get worse. I love my home, but wish I could move, or there was a new (and decent) manager
It's all burnt down
This place was burn't to the ground
