    Really poor management and communication. We rented a large 5 bedroom house that holds 13 people. The house was for sale and perhaps that is why but it was VERY understocked. There were 6 coffee cups. There were 4 wine glasses. There were 6 towels (6!! in a house that sleeps 13!!). There was 1/2 of a sample bottle of dish soap and no extra trash bags, paper towels, etc. The cabinets in the garage that hold supplies were TOTALLY empty. It was bizarrely understocked! We rent houses all the time for large groups and this was horrible. It was so bad it became a running joke amongst the family. We had to buy all the supplies and we even had to buy our own towels. Even worse was the difficulty in contacting anyone. I called the number and it kept routing to an office in another state. They said they would pass a message along and still no call. 3 days and many phone calls later I called the booking line- shockingly that went through to the correct people. Finally someone came by and dropped off extra supplies. The person that got back to us was very nice and I told her how unhappy we were. I suggested a partial refund would be appropriate and she said I should contact the management company. I have tried phone calls, email and facebook- once again, no response. Avoid this company.
