This is by far the best service shop I've used. I had the pleasure of working with Ian on what turned out to be a failing water pump. My Buick Enclave was starting to overheat and leak coolant. Ian came out to my house, ran some tests, diagnosed the problem as the water pump, and gave me a quote for the repairs on the spot. He even went as far as to call for a tow truck for me. The repairs were finished within the quoted time frame and he got me a discount on parts too. I can't speak high enough of the quality of service and professionalism I received. Please use this fantastic family owned business for any auto repairs. Highly recommended.
This is by far the best auto shop I've been to in my 40 years and in all the 5 states I've lived in. Mark and Ian will give you an honest, simple, and thorough explanation for any automotive issue you have. I've taken my boat, jet skis, buggy, car and truck to them and had a great experience every time, plus they're a couple of the nicest guys in town. If you're going anywhere else you're paying too much and missing out on supporting one of the finest family owned businesses in southern California!!!
Ian and Mark Baker do outstanding work! They’ve handled two major repairs/tune ups and maintenance on our Older Dodge Durango and Chevy truck. Both have had compound issues at times and Ian handled them perfectly, advising me as the diagnosis and repair proceeded. Fair prices too! I highly recommend Baker’s Automotive for any and all auto work-large or small.
Ian and Mark are great. We brought in our rv for stair replacement, a/c issues and a handle that fell off.. they were able to finish all repairs in a timely manner. They kept us informed along the way. I would highly recommend them
A great experience, once again, from Ian and Mark Baker. They fixed my Honda Civic head gasket issue. Ian diagnosed the problem and recommended a repair solution for the engine. The repairs were done as promised and completed on time. He kept me updated on the repair progress and completion time. Thanks to Ian, I expect the engine to last another 200K miles.
