My wife and I have had Superior service at this location. From the front lobby technicians to over the phone scheduling, and consolations. A great big thanks to Vicky who helped me get my sisters Medical coverage established again, to Korin who was very kind and courteous helping me with insurance questions, to Anna who helped us get our appointments set up for the first time, to the front desk technicians who were very patient and helpful with my sisters coverage and establishing her first time credentials and last but not least to Dr. Lysa Ho who was very kind and compassionate with establishing my sisters first consultation and recommendations to make life easier. Great Job True Care Ramona.
Took my brother in for them to help/look at an open wound. But they were too busy yelling at us to put masks on when an older gentleman was just in there withOUT a mask on. And told us that their lady who does stitches wasn’t there and that we had to go to Poway ER without even looking at it. If they would have stopped yelling at us and looked at it they would have realized that he didn’t need stitches and just needed to be cleaned and wrapped with a gauze pad.
They have amazing doctors and nurses that care alot but I've been on hold for an hour to get urgent test results for my son this doesn't make me very happy
Very clean, organized, safe and friendly.
They are very sweet and accommodating. If you do have to wait, they always apologize but they are going as fast as they can, but they never compromise service when it is your turn. If anything happens that makes you uncomfortable, just let them know. They will do all they can to adjust your situation. They take seriously the importance of everyone's health.
