We had a problem with the water and chemicals for our new swim spa. We have The Hague water and soft water filtration system. Bert came out on his way home and explained everything and made sure our system was working properly. He didn’t have to do that on his way home, went the extra mile and we were thankful… Great service!!
Dominic arrived on time and prepared. Replaced my filters, flushed out my RO system and also checked my Hague water softener in the garage. He did a great job! He made sure there was no leaks too. Very pleasant and professional service. Thanks Dominic. I totally recommend.
I called Hague this morning about 8am. Told him I do not have any water pressure it took me 45 minutes to shower and I ended up having to rinse my hair with a gallon of water that I had saved for the dogs. They said they were extremely busy but would try and work me in it would have to be between two and five today. I got home at 1:45 Dominic showed up a few minutes after two went down and looked at the unit unfortunately can’t be saved but I have water now because he bypassed the unit and I am using strictly well water. Very professional service very nice young man and the fact that they came out the same day I called was phenomenal
Hague provided the most detail and best explanation for why they were recommending the filtration & softener equipment that was best matched to my water. The entire process including scheduling, testing, estimate and installation was very professional and easy. Highly recommended.
Dominique was very professional and courteous while he worked on our systems inside and out. Moving into this house within an existing system we had no idea what condition it was in but he explained it to us and we are very pleased with our water quality now.
