    I called this office (per a friends recommendation) in January to ask about accepted insurance plans before selecting my insurance plan. They informed me that the plan I was eligible for, Delta PPO, was accepted and would cover 90% of my visit. They are a Delta Premier provider. I had a typical maintenance visit, cleaning and X-rays. I paid a copay at my visit and was told everything was squared away. Nearly 6 months later ( after paying $60 a month for my dental insurance), I get billed over $100 for my cleaning. I was under the impression my insurance would cover this simple visit. I even called before selecting this insurance to make sure it wouldn't just be cheaper to pay out of pocket. Well turns out it would have! This office does not provide you with accurate information. I was misled and they retrospectively blamed it on me and the insurance provider and said "they hate when this happens", implying it happens a fair amount. I wouldn't be so annoyed if I hadn't went out of my way to try to get information prior to making this decision. The office was totally useless in helping me find a provider who will actually cover my visits. Awful Experience.
