The owner, PJ, was somewhat rude. I thought he was a little arrogant on the phone when I asked him to help with a door lock issue at my place of business. Telling me, before even looking at the lock, that is was probably bad keys or needed to be oiled. I told him the keys were good and that they had always worked. Not a big deal until he insisted on getting paid right then and there by my employee. Not good business! My employee told me that he was very rude and he said to her " I told her that it was the keys", meaning me. I have had locks changed and keys made for another of my businesses and I was invoiced by that locksmith. I have never had someone demand payment then and there. I invoice my customers. I don't assume they won't pay me.
PJ is a great locksmith. He is very reasonably priced and extremely conscientiousness about his work. He is the only locksmith we will use from now on.
Great lock smith and local too. Prices were great didn’t feel like he was trying to price gouge you.👍
