Have come to this nail shop two times so far and have left very happy. They take pride in their work and are very detailed. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. There isn’t too much chatter amongst the workers and I appreciate that. Will definitely keep going back.
This is my first time coming here and Andy did my nails, I highly recommend!! He took his time and I have horrible cuticles but he worked with it and my nails came out beautifully. He made sure I was satisfied with my nails before he put on the top coat and the customer service here is amazing
I went to the nt nails by the mall and they did a great job on my acrylic nails and pedicure. So I decided to take my mother and daughter to an NT that was closer. We all had a horrible experience. My mom decided to get acrylics and he did a horrible job. And all 3 of our pedicures were horribly painful, even for my 9yo daughter. I don’t think all of them know what they’re doing. Will not go back. I was so embarrassed to have even suggested this place to them.
The first time I came was in April, Tracy did my nails great! So I decided to come back again with my daughters. We called and scheduled 3 pedicures, full set, fill and gel manicure. Only two of us received our horrible pedicures. I had to wait 20 minutes for mine to start and my daughter 45 minutes. Hers was extremely rushed and I had overlay on mine, which the tech used acetone removed half the overlay and continued with the pedicure- never replacing or filling the overlay. Then the nail tech I had (male in the back) couldn’t do a basic cut down and file. Cut me several times and didn’t pay attention to me alerting him to it. My daughters manicure was rushed and basic. They even talked about her because few of them speak clearly in english and she washed her hands instead of rinsing (the lady told her to wash) and the techs began to talk about my kid until I corrected her. My other daughter never got her pedicure after her nails were done and they never even asked her or made mention to it. I tried to speak to the receptionist before we left, but she was extremely busy and the only one who speaks English, really. I called her as we were leaving and told her of the situation, she was very apologetic and offered a discount to come in the next time. However, after paying $200 ($55 for a fill- when I paid $55 for longer nails and a full set!) and having my toe nails crack and chip 4 days after, rushed pedicures and a terrible cut job on my nails was absolutely not worth it. My daughters with the full set was the only one to come out nice. We were extremely unhappy and I want a refund. The tech completely messed up my overlay and did nothing to fix it and now I have to go to another salon to get it fixed. Also, they are rude, except Jackie the receptionist- she’s awesome! They all speak in their language and do not make you feel welcomed or comfortable. Both times I’ve gone we were the only minorities... I don’t know if that plays into how rude they were to us or not, but it was noticed.
Andy did my nails; Gel, acrylic and he shaped my nails so perfectly. He did a great job because he took his time and made sure my nails were perfect. Also, Jackie the receptionist is super nice, she makes sure to welcome everyone nicely and professionally. I recommend this Salon!
