Rented a storage unit today. Staff was very informative, courteous and helpful. Gave me a tour of the facility and answered all of my questions satisfactorily.
First I talked with Jonathan General Manager over the phone on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. He was very professional and nice and advice me too ask for April, when I come in. Let me tell you, the next day when I arrived and talked with April. OMG she went beyond and above her job. This lady April was super nice and very professional.
There was nobody at the office when I arrived due to staff shortages. Luckily, a woman arrived shortly & helped assist me for the reservation I made. Checked out the unit & when I asked about the 1st month free was told it doesn’t apply for everyone & was given 50% off but was confused about the way it works & why it is promoted in the front if it doesn’t apply to everyone. Overall the lady who helped me was fairly nice & this review is nothing personal to her just overall I think my experience could have been better. Also, the gate is broken as of right now so it didn’t seem to be the safest place to put my belongings considering where it is located.
