    So I came wiith my mom today and the lady was really nice and Henry as well (i think that's how you spell his name) but thank you for understanding my mom she's really complicated and likes stuff her way and looks for cheap prices. Thank you guys for your time I told her then get look for a lower price I mean the car is really nice I would have bought it if I had money but sadly we might not come tomorrow but all I wanna say is thank you guys so much and sorry if my mom was a little confusing.

    Was so very disappointed with my dealership. Don't get me wrong it is still the best dealership to buy a car, but the service department went down hill since the last time I serviced my car. The manager was condescending and talks to women like they don't know what were talking about. It's a recall guys just get it done without having a big issue

    Thanks to Eduardo Alvarez at Porterville Ford our problem has finally been fixed! This problem started 3 months ago, 6 or 7 trips to the Dealership which for us it's an hour to and from. Time spent each time ranged from all day to half days. Each time as I left the Dealership I was assured that my problem had been fixed. As soon as I left I had to immediately turn around and go back. The problem had not been fixed! Mr. Alvarez took over this problem and I was assured that it would be fixed this last time, which it finally has. The Ford Motor Company is the cause for all the delays and time spent. Thanks to Mr. Alvarez for following through on this on-going problem. Thanks again, Becky Fidler
