    I'm afraid of the dentist. I broke a tooth and it got infected. I found Dr. Sandhu and made an appointment. She and her staff went out of their way to work with me. I will keep coming back for all of my dental work because they care.

    Probably just as bad as an experience as Western Dental. I arrived at my appointment ten minutes early. They called at least two patients ahead of me for whatever reason so I ended up waiting a hour and 40 minutes to be called for my child's appointment that didn't even last 10 minutes to tell me that my child's fillings from more than a year ago had fallen (which I already knew, which is why I went to them). Then I was told by the Dentist that the insurance would not pay to a new dentist for work already done unless it's been 3 years. I asked how many cavities she had, they couldn't tell me that (just like Western Dental) I asked how many seemed like old fillings and she told me 3,(👏🏻Yay) Then I was pretty much told that I should just call Happy Bear (where Western Dental referred my child and got a appointment 4months out and don't want to go because it's too far for my family's appointments). So in the end the dentist was told by billing person that the insurance would cover the fillings to be redone but the dentist still didn't want to do it.
