My issue is with the office staff! I had no problem with this Dr or his care. However, this office staff was unprofessional, rude and did not offer to help or assist me in replacing my records. They destroyed a CD record as part of a policy they couldn’t show was a policy and then did not offer to help me get another. Final straw, they never called me to schedule the dr suggested surgery/procedure after I complained to the office manager about the issue.

They charged me an “OB deposit” and said I would be refunded automatically when my insurance covers the cost. I was never told ahead of time of this $380 bill, the receptionist said it was due that same day so I paid it. 🤦🏻♀️ Spoke to my insurance & the clinic never sent the bill to them like they said they would 4 months ago. Also, when I gave birth the nurses said Dr. Geiling spoke to me about discharging me because I was doing good but I have never met the man lol. I never write reviews but I was really unhappy with their service throughout my pregnancy, I felt like they didn’t care about me as a patient. I just didn’t know of other OBs to go to. 🤷🏻♀️
The staff are very sweet, patient, no judgment and they get the job done. I recommend it!!:)
I went in for a first time visit, nice & kind staff. They got me an appointment to remove my IUD (birth control) the very next week. The women that I ended up seeing was Laura Wiese, she was very sweet and made me feel comfortable during my visit. She was talkative and communicated everything before she did it. It was a great experience & I would recommend her to others.
