Today was my first time ever using this pharmacy and I can’t believe how rude the pharmacy staff are... they basically told me I was lying about my blood pressure medication being sent to them. I called my doctors and they confirmed they received the RX. I had my doctors office call them for me and the cvs pharmacy staff was even rude to them stating they are at fault for me not getting my MUCH NEEDED blood pressure meds. I will NEVER be going back to them... now I see why they have such a bad feedback score...
Had what I needed... self check out was easy.
Was told 45 minutes to fill script and after an hour still not filled so continued to wait.Someone came in to pickup and wasn’t ready either but they tell them we will expedite yours next!Thats when I said what about expediting me I’ve been here an hour!Very very poor customer service!!Then I can hear them laughing about me in the back!!
I have nothing but good things to say about CVS. All the staff has been wonderful and helpful.
Sorry to say, but everytime I enter this store, there are time I use the ladys room,and its always filthy, has in trash on the floor, dirty toilet, no toilet paper and carpet is very dirty.
