    Officer Mendoza was very helpful today at the parking lot by Mom's U Bake. The lady that I take care of got hit by a truck backing out of a parking spot and hit the lady in a wheelchair and she is disabled. It hurt the lady wheelchair right thumb. I kept on yelling for her to stop and I was banging on the back tailgate and didn't stop until the driver of a white truck hit the lady. She put her truck in park and came there were we were standing and was saying I don't know how it hurt your hand. The lady in the white truck had pinned so she wouldn't stop. Finally she got back in the truck and pulled forward and put it back in park and came to the back end of the truck and was saying I'm sorry I'm sorry. We got her name and number and tag number.

    Today, I needed help to contact the Porterville Police Dept. as i was in need of information on a very sad situation; the passing of my husband ...so i REALLY needed assistance with finding out : 1. How to start 2.Phone numbers to reach specific departments 3.How to get my requests resolved by giving me other options (and a whole list of other questions) Well Kimberly O.picked up the phone and heard my concerns and truly listened to ME and my jumbled questions/ concerns and man oh man was i about to be blessed! Kimberly O.WENT BEYOND her( i am sure) job description and just allowed me to ask ask away! KO'd ( yes pun was intended) me with her very pleasant demeanor and her hands ownership! It was a PLEASURE speaking with Ms.Kimberly O. she is MY hero and i wish my City of Visalia would /had snatched her up! Thank you Kimberly sooo much for all your help....I work for a corporate top 10 company and I recognize a JEWEL when I run across one and YOU MS> KIMBERLY O. are a hidden jewel now exposed. BB
